From the main menu, click on "Shipments" or "Create New Shipment".
Choose the type of shipment (e.g., FBA Shipment for Amazon or FBM Shipment for direct customer fulfillment).
Fill in the shipment name and description. Specify the destination warehouse and its address.
Select the products from your inventory to be shipped. Specify the quantity of each product to be sent.

Yes, all shipments include tracking information. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time through our dashboard.
If your shipment is rejected by Amazon, we'll notify you immediately and provide the reason for rejection. You can then choose to have the shipment returned to you or stored in our warehouse while you resolve the issue.
For returned or damaged items, log into your account and create a Return Authorization (RA). You can choose to have the items inspected, restored, repackaged, or disposed of based on their condition.
